Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Specialist for our Saranac Lake Office

MX Fuels and Propane is looking for a Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Specialist to operate out of our Saranac Lake Office. The primary function of this position will be to assist in our daily fuel and propane sales operations.

Responsibilities may include:

General data entry; posting customer payments into accounting software; management and posting of customer HEAP vouchers; answering phones; processing customer orders, payments and answering service-related questions; various other duties

This position requires someone who is:

Highly organized, efficient, detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft and Excel, and has basic accounting knowledge. Applicant must be proficient in typing on both a computer keyboard and calculator. Experience with using accounting software is preferred.

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Pay Range: $17 per hour
